Chapter & Pine collects the minimum information needed to sell you a book and deliver it — your email, your payment details (processed securely by Stripe), and the purchase record that allows you to recover your files later.
What we collect
- Email address, when you purchase, subscribe to the newsletter, or write to us.
- Payment details, collected and processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card.
- Order and entitlement records, used to issue download links and refund where appropriate.
- Basic, privacy-respecting analytics (page counts and purchase events) — no cross-site tracking.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell your data.
- We do not share it with third-party advertisers.
- We do not run cross-site trackers or behavioural profiling scripts.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to privacy@chapterandpine.com.
