All books published by Chapter & Pine remain the copyright of their authors, licensed to us for publication. Cover art is licensed separately. The Chapter & Pine name and mark are trademarks of the house.

What you can do

  • Read, re-read, and enjoy the books you buy — on any device you own, forever.
  • Quote short passages in reviews, essays, and academic work with attribution.
  • Recommend our books wherever readers gather.

What requires permission

  • Translation or adaptation rights.
  • Audio rights.
  • Film, TV, game, or stage rights.
  • Republication of more than a short passage.
  • Commercial use of any cover art or interior illustration.
