Help & answers

Frequently asked.

Everything you'd politely ask a bookseller, answered plainly.

  • What file formats do you sell?

Every book is available as a DRM-free EPUB and PDF. Most titles also offer a bundle of both at a small discount. EPUBs work on Kindle, Kobo, Apple Books, and every major reading app.

  • Will it read on my Kindle?

Yes. Modern Kindles accept EPUB files via email or USB transfer. Our delivery email walks you through the two-minute process if you've never done it before.

  • How do downloads work?

The moment your payment clears, we generate a secure download link tied to your email. Links are time-limited for security, and you can request a fresh one any time — no account required.

  • I lost my download link. Now what?

No trouble. Visit the Recover Purchases page, enter the email you bought with, and we'll resend fresh links within a minute or two.

  • What's your refund policy?

If the file is faulty or won't open on a supported device, we'll refund you or replace the file immediately. Because digital files can't be truly 'returned', we don't offer change-of-mind refunds once the file has been downloaded.

  • Do you publish in print?

Not yet. Print is on the roadmap for the most beloved titles, but the house starts digital-first so that every book can be priced fairly and shipped instantly.

  • Can my book club or school order in bulk?

Absolutely — that's one of the things we love doing most. See the Bulk & Schools page for our quote request form. We usually reply within two working days.

  • Do you accept manuscript submissions?

At the moment we're not open to unsolicited submissions. If that changes, we'll announce it here and in the journal.
